Hello Neighbors,

As summer is quickly turning into fall, we are reaching out with a quick update.

POOL HOURS & CLOSING DATE

The last day the pool will be open this year is Sunday, September 13th. We are fortunately able to remain open for an extra week this season!  The pool will be open on Monday, September 7th for Labor Day. You have a few more days to submit your reservations and get your last laps in before the season comes to an end.

Reservations for the pool are required and can be made on the Ledgewood website https://www.ledgewood.org/p/pool-signup.html or by phone at the front desk (440-238-6000) during pool hours. Residents will be able to make reservations in 2-hour increments for the following areas.

  50m lap swimming,

  25m lane per household,

Baby pool (available for one family at a time), or

Sunbathing with no access to the pool

The pool will be open for the remainder of the season during the following days and times.

Monday: closed (with the exception of Labor Day)
Tuesday: 4:00 - 8:00 pm
Wednesday: 4:00 - 8:00 pm
Thursday: closed

Saturday: 12:00 - 8:00 pm

CLUBHOUSE

The clubhouse will remain closed through the end of the year. We are planning to reevaluate and provide an update during our Annual Meeting, which will be held in November.

YARD SIGNS

We also wanted to remind you that no signs of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any lot except one sign of not more than five square feet advertising the property for sale or rent, based on the Ledgewood Covenants Article VI, Section 9. Please let your contractors know that this is not allowed based on the HOA covenants.  With the upcoming election just a few weeks away, please refrain from displaying political signs.

ANNUAL MEETING

Please mark your calendars, we are planning to the Annual Meeting on Sunday, November 15 at 2 pm. The meeting will be held virtually via conference call. We will be sending our information regarding the meeting, proxy card, process for submitting questions, and an initiative to update our resident database.

Thank you for your continued patience and support. Feel free to reach out to Ledgewood Board of Trustees President Ken Angermeier at KenA@ledgewood.org if you have questions or would like more information.

Thank you!
