MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

Lamp Posts

Attention residents... As we all know, keeping our lamp posts functional and in good working order is the responsibility of all residents. This is a City of Strongsville requirement and is also outlined in Ledgewood Covenants and Restrictions. The globe lamp post light is a Ledgewood standard. We have a zero tolerance policy on deviations, burned out bulbs and the use of colored light bulbs. If you have questions or want to report a lamp post outage in your area please contact the Common Grounds trustee at commongrounds@the ledgewoodassociation.com

To make it easier for everyone, we stock all parts, including lamp posts, at the Maintenance garage. These are for sale to residents only. Contact us at commonground@theledgewoodassociation.com or call the garage at 440.238.6000.
